The Point of Single Contact will provide you with
- information
- required for starting a business in the Czech Republic and in the EU;
- about remedies against decisions of administrative authorities and dispute resolution possibilities;
- about consumer protection;
- about regulated professions;
- contact information of
- the competent authorities in the Czech Republic and the EU concerned with permitting specific activities;
- organisations offering practical assistance to service providers;
- the possibility of forwarding to specialised bodies;
- an application for a business licence;
- a notice or report in the field of health and social insurance;
- an application for the recognition of professional qualifications.
Terms of the service use
The use of the services of Points of Single Contact is in no way restricted; you can approach them as an individual or as an entrepreneur.
