Main information about the assistance service
The Product Contact Point will provide you with
- information about:
- the placing of products on the internal EU market;
- the mutual recognition principle and application of the regulation on mutual recognition;
- legal remedies and protection procedures in one’s Member State in the event of a dispute between public administration authorities and entrepreneurs, including the possibility to use the SOLVIT service;
- contact information of authorities in the Czech Republic and the EU to which more detailed inquiries can be directed.
The Product Contact Point provides only recommendations, and its opinions are therefore not binding.

You can approach the Product Contact Point if you are a private individual or an entrepreneur and you are interested in placing products on the market in the Czech Republic or in the EU.
