Compliance state
The accessibility statement that applies to the website https://www.businessinfo.cz/ is partly in accordance with Act No. 99/2019 Coll., as amended, due to disproportionate burden.
Inaccessible content
Some documents are no longer accessible for publication on the website because they are, for example, generated by another system. However, the website operator is obliged to publish them, so they do so. Similarly, some older photos may lack an alternate text description, or some videos embedded directly on the site may lack captions. Bringing these deficiencies into compliance with the law and accessibility rules would in this case be financially demanding for the operator, so according to § 7 of Act 99/2019 Coll. this is not subsequently adjusted and an exception is temporarily applied due to disproportionate burden in the sense of Article 5 of Directive (EU) 2016/2102..

Some of the information on this website is offered in the form of PDF documents.
