The economic operator is obliged to notify to the Czech Mining Authority each introduction of a new type of product, which includes explosives precursors, on the market of the Czech Republic, including its chemical composition and trade name.

What do you need when solving the service electronically
A scanned notification (if the document is sent via a data box) or an electronic version with an electronic signature is required; this also applies to other necessary documents characterizing the product, which will be attached to the notification (product documentation specifying its composition, properties, etc.).
