How to get the service
What do you need when solving the service electronically
A written application that may be in a free form but must include your identification data, including your company ID number, your control organisation, a description of the specific exemption you are applying for, and your signature.
However, we do provide forms for all available exemptions on the website of the Ministry of Agriculture.
Additional information on specific exemptions can be obtained from Methodological Instruction 6/2021, which you can also find on the website of the Ministry of Agriculture.
Where and how to solve the service electronically
You may send a written application by data box to the data box of the Ministry of Agriculture (ID: yphaax8).

The fee for electronically processed service
There is an administrative fee of CZK 1 000 for all organic farming exemptions that can be applied for from the Ministry of Agriculture.
This is not the case for the exemption due to catastrophic events, which is exempt from the administrative fee.
