You may place reproductive material accompanied with a certificate of origin into circulation within the Czech Republic and the EU. Submission of a certificate of origin may be a prerequisite in certain cases when drawing funds from grant schemes.

What do you need when solving the service electronically
Application for the issue of a certificate of origin available on the website of the Ministry of Agriculture or directly via the ERMA2 portal.
Where and how to solve the service electronically
You may file the completed application with an electronic signature by email to your local branch of the ÚHÚL (Forest Management Institute), or via the data box ID n5v4bry.
You may also file the application for the issue of a certificate of origin online via the ERMA2 portal.

NO. However, if reproductive material does not have a certificate of origin, it can generally not be placed into circulation for forestry purposes. Moreover, you cannot draw financial aid for which the submission of a certificate of origin is listed as a prerequisite for granting a subsidy. A certificate of origin is required as proof of the identity of reproductive material traded within the EU.
