Main information about the service
The elaborated mining waste management plan is approved by the district mining authority on the basis of the operator's request if it is mineral extraction, in the case of peat mining it is approved by the Ministry of Agriculture. The approved mining waste management plan is part of the application for a permit for the operation of a storage site. The operator must review the plan every 5 years.

What do you need when solving the service electronically
It is necessary to submit a scanned application (in case of submission by data box), or its electronic version provided with an electronic signature, or an application via the public portal AIS SBS.
It is necessary to attach related documentation to the application. .
For the electronic solution of the service it is necessary to have an electronic description, e-mail, or data box.
Where and how to solve the service electronically
It is necessary to apply to the District Mining Authority; this step can also be done electronically (e-mail, data message). Submission is also possible via the public AIS SBS portal.
The decision may also be issued electronically by the district mining authority to the applicant.
