A type-approval certificate for a legally controlled measuring instrument entitles you, as the manufacturer, to place such measuring instrument on the market.

The type approval of the measuring instrument or its rejection must be carried out no later than 90 days from the delivery of a measuring instrument sample if it is performed at the premises of the manufacturer from the first activity of the CMI; if it cannot make its decision within the set deadline, it is obliged to inform you of this, stating the reason, and to set a new deadline.
