Main information about the service
In certain cases, the Czech Mining Authority verifies the professional competence of organizations and natural persons engaged in business for the production, assembly, repairs, inspections and tests of reserved technical facilities and for filling gas containers and issues permits to do so.
These are reserved technical facilities that serve the performance of mining activities, activities carried out by mining methods and for the handling of explosives.

How to get the service
What do you need when solving the service electronically
For electronic communication with the Czech Mining Authority, it is necessary to have the relevant documentation scanned, which is attached to the scanned application. The content of the application is governed by the Administrative Procedure Code.
The application shall be accompanied by electronic means:
- proof of integrity and reliability and
- proof of experience.
Where and how to solve the service electronically
It is possible to communicate with the Czech Mining Authority via e-mail, data box and in certain cases (including authorization to operate on reserved technical facilities) also via the forms of the public portal AIS SBS.

The application shall be accompanied by a document:
- proof of integrity and reliability and
- proof of experience.

The Czech Mining Authoritiy can be contacted by post made to its address, or by personal filing at the filing office or orally in the minutes. In certain cases (including authorization to operate on reserved technical facilities), it is also possible to communicate via printed forms from the AIS SBS public portal.
