Main information about the service
Prior to the commencement of temporary or occasional activities consisting in testing, overhaul, repair, installation or operation of dedicated technical facilities in the Czech Republic by a natural person who is authorized in another Member State of the European Union or the Swiss Confederation to perform similar activities, the Czech Mining Authority shall verify: office professional qualifications.
These are reserved technical facilities that serve the performance of mining activities, activities carried out by mining methods and for the handling of explosives.

When to address the service
Back to topIn good time before the intended implementation of activities on dedicated technical facilities. The deadlines for issuing certificates are governed by the Administrative Procedure Code.
It is also necessary to count on a period of about 2 months to verify professional qualifications.
How to get the service
What do you need when solving the service electronically
For electronic communication with the Czech Mining Authority, it is necessary to have the relevant documentation scanned, which is attached to the scanned application. The content of the application is governed by the Administrative Procedure Code.
The application shall be accompanied by electronic means:
- proof of good faith,
- proof of medical fitness and
- proof of experience.
Where and how to solve the service electronically
It is possible to communicate with the Czech Mining Authority via e-mail or data box. There are no electronic active forms.
