Main information about the service
The Czech Mining Authority issues a certificate of professional qualification and performance of the activity in question to citizens of the Czech Republic or citizens of another Member State of the European Union who have performed mining or mining activities in the Czech Republic. The certificate of professional qualification and performance of the activity in question is issued in the Czech language on the basis of a request from a natural person documented by data on the length and focus of this activity.

You are a citizen of the Czech Republic or another member state of the European Union, you have carried out mining or other mining activities in the Czech Republic and you need to obtain a certificate of professional qualifications and activities (eg for the purpose of employment with a new employer).

When to address the service
Back to topThe deadlines for issuing of certificates are governed by the Administrative Procedure Code; it is therefore up to you to resolve the matter well in advance of the applicant's need for the required certificate (two months is recommended).
How to get the service
What do you need when solving the service electronically
For electronic communication with the Czech Mining Authority, it is necessary to have the relevant documentation scanned, which is attached to the scanned application. The content of the application is governed by the Administrative Procedure Code.
The application shall be accompanied (in electronic form) by a document on the activities performed.

It is possible to communicate with the Czech Mining Authority via e-mail or data box. There are no electronic active forms.

For paper communication with the Czech Mining Authority, it is necessary to have the relevant documentation in paper form, which is attached to the application in paper form. The content of the application is governed by the Administrative Procedure Code.

The Czech Mining Authoritiy can be contacted by post made to its address, or by personal filing at the filing office or orally in the minutes. The Czech Mining Authority does not issue printed forms.
