If you have obtained a professional qualification in the Czech Republic and you intend to pursue a regulated profession in another EU Member State, you can apply for a certificate from the relevant recognition authority confirming that you are authorized to pursue a regulated profession in the Czech Republic. This certificate is one of the necessary documents accompany the application for recognition of professional qualifications, which must be submitted to the competent recognition authority in another Member State if it so requests. The certificate is issued on request. Application and certificate itself are modified by each competent authority in its own specific way.

How to get the service

What do you need when solving the service electronically

If you want to solve the service electronically, you must send an electronic request, which must show who is doing it, which matter applies. Some competent authority have an application form on their websites.

To complete the application for a certificate of professional qualification and the performance of the activity in question, you must also provide documents proving the proven facts. When issuing certain certificates, a declaration on honor may be submitted instead of proof.
