Main information about the service

If you are a national of an EU Member State or have been posted to the Czech Republic in the  framework of the provision of services by an employer established in another EU Member State, and would like to carry out a regulated activity in accordance with the legislation of the Member State of origin, you are obliged to send a declaration to the competent  authority that you intend to carry out this activity temporarily or occasionally in the Czech Republic.
