Main information about the service
The mining organization's authorization to mine an exclusive deposit arises from the determination of the mining area. Any organization can start mining the exclusive/reserved deposit in the designated mining area only after the district mining authority has issued a permit. The mining area is determined by a decision of the relevant district mining authority.

How to get the service
What do you need when solving the service electronically
It is necessary to submit a scanned application (in case of submission by data box), or its electronic version provided with an electronic signature, or an application via the public portal AIS SBS.
It is necessary to attach related documentation to the application. The application can be submitted only by an entrepreneur who is a (mining) organization in the sense of the Mining Act.
Public portal forms are available on the web of the Czech Mining Authority .
Where and how to solve the service electronically
It is necessary to apply to the District Mining Authority; this step can also be done electronically (e-mail, data message). Submission is also possible via the public AIS SBS portal.
The decision may also be issued electronically by the district mining authority to the applicant.

There are no paper forms, the application has a free form; the content requirements are set out in the Administrative Procedure Code, the Mining Act and Decree No. 172/1992 Coll.

The service can be solved by submitting a personal application (filing office, protocol) to the relevant district mining office, or to address a postal item to this office.
