Ex officio termination is carried out in two steps. In the first step, the Ministry of Agriculture issues a Notice on the Commencement of Administrative Proceedings. After entry into legal force, the second step is carried out, namely the issuing of a decision to cancel the registration as of the date on which this decision enters into legal force.
