If you are an organic farming entrepreneur, it is possible, in the event of a shortage of conventional seeds, to apply for an exemption from the Central Institute for Supervising and Testing in Agriculture.

An exemption may be granted for the use of conventional propagating material.

A written request that can be pre-filled on the Farmers' Portal.
Where and how to solve the service electronically
After logging in to the Farmers' Portal, continue in the menu on the right side to Exemptions for the Use of Conventional Seeds in Organic Farming. Open Electronic Applications, which is the form for applying for an exemption to use conventional seeds in organic farming. Fill in the form and submit it via the Portal. After sending it via the Farmers' Portal, you must send the original of the application via data box to the Central Institute for Supervising and Testing in Agriculture (ID DS ugbaiq7).
