Main information about the service
The organization (ie the business entity according to the regulations of mining law) is obliged, among other things, to inform the District Mining Authority about the submitted request of the employee to perform a safety and health investigation at work and to perform this investigation. The employee has the right to request the organization to conduct investigations in the field of occupational safety and operation.

How to get the service
What do you need when solving the service electronically
For electronic communication with the District Mining Authorities, it is necessary to have a scanned application of the employee, which will be attached to the notification in electronic form. You can also attach a scanned investigation result if it has already been performed.

It is possible to communicate with the District Mining Authorities via e-mail and data box; forms are not.
