How to get the service
What do you need when solving the service electronically
It is necessary to submit a scanned application (in case of submission by data box), or its electronic version provided with an electronic signature. It is necessary to attach related documentation to the application.
The application can be submitted only by an entrepreneur who is a (mining) organization in the sense of the Mining Act.
There are no forms, the application has a free form.
Where and how to solve the service electronically
The service begins with the submission of an application to the Ministry of the Environment; this step can also be done electronically (e-mail, data message). The Ministry of the Environment will assess the matter in accordance with the law and either issue a decision or reject the application. The output can also be sent to the applicant electronically.
