How to get the service
What do you need when solving the service electronically
File a notification drawn up in free form for the import of reproductive material and apply for a certificate of origin – ‘Application for the issuing of a certificate of origin’.
All the details that need to be entered are indicated in the form.
The OECD CERTIFICATE of equivalence of the reproductive material forms an integral part of the application!
Where and how to solve the service electronically
1. You are obliged to send notification of your intent to import reproductive material on the basis of an equivalence decision to the Ministry of Agriculture email address or to the MoA data box.
Data box ID: yphaax8
30 days before the intended import.
2. After importing reproductive material you must apply for a certificate of origin.
You may file your application for a certificate of origin via the Ministry of Agriculture email address or data box.
Once the above conditions have been met, you will be issued with a certificate of origin.
