Main information about the service
The production and placing onto the market of forest reproductive material intended for forest regeneration and afforestation requires a licence issued by the Ministry of Agriculture.

- cultivate and subsequently trade in forest reproductive material intended for forest regeneration and afforestation

- operate forestry (afforestation) services, purchase reproductive material ‘for yourself’ and supply that material to the end consumer through your own company

How to get the service
What you’ll need to provide
- The application form available on the Ministry of Agriculture website.
- The single personal registration and record number, which will be assigned to you by the Central Institute for Supervising and Testing in Agriculture on request
- Stamps to be affixed – payment of fees (administrative, registration)
- Certified copy of proof of professional education
Where to solve the service
The completed licence application with the required attachments (the mandatory attachments are listed in the manual included with the application form) must be delivered in person or sent by post to the Ministry of Agriculture:

No. The licence is mandatory if reproductive material is going to be used for forest regeneration and afforestation. Reproductive material that is used for ornamental or other purposes DOES NOT REQUIRE a licence.
