Main information about the service
You can only carry out waste management brokering on the basis of notification of this activity to the regional authority with jurisdiction over your location as a broker. If you are based outside the Czech Republic, you must report your activity to the Prague City Hall.
As a broker, you contractually mediate (represent) the waste producer in arranging the transfer of his waste to a waste management facility.
As a broker, you are not assigned an identification number of the facility or intermediary, you do not keep records of the waste and the waste producer remains the responsible owner of the waste until it is transferred to a waste management facility.
