Main information about the service
Forest reproductive material imported from third countries on the basis of an ‘equivalence decision’ is subject to a reporting obligation. The Ministry of Agriculture issues a certificate of origin for this reproductive material.

You intend to import reproductive material from a third country on the basis of a European Council decision on the equivalence of forest reproductive material produced in third countries. The material must also be intended for forestry use.

- Notifying an import of forest reproductive material from third countries – free form
- OECD Certificate of Conformity issued in the country of origin of the reproductive material
- Applying for the issue of a certificate of origin
Where and how to solve the service electronically
1. Report your intention to import reproductive material on the basis of an ‘equivalence decision’ to the competent authority, the Forest Management Institute, by email at podatelna@uhul.cz or by data box (ID n5v4bry).
AT LEAST 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE INTENDED IMPORT DATE
2. Submit your application for the issue of a certificate of origin by email to the Forest Protection Department or by data box of the Ministry of Agriculture; data box (ID yphaax8).
