Main information about the service
The transit of explosives for civil use through the territory of the Czech Republic requires a permission, which may be issued by the Czech Mining Authority upon request. The application for a permission for the transit of explosives through the territory of the Czech Republic is submitted by an organization that is authorized to handle explosives in accordance with the Mining Act.

How to get the service
What do you need when solving the service electronically
For electronic communication with the Czech Mining Authority, it is necessary to have the relevant documentation scanned, which is attached to the application.
In addition to the general requirements under the Administrative Procedure Code, the applicant shall state in the application:
- telephone number, or fax number or e-mail address,
- identification data of the recipient of explosives and his telephone number, or fax number or electronic address,
- identification data of the supplier of explosives and his telephone number, or fax number or electronic address,
- identification data of the explosives carrier and his telephone number, or fax number or electronic address,
- the expected date and route of transit of explosives, information on the date and place of entry into the territory of the Czech Republic and on the date and place of exit from the territory of the Czech Republic,
- the required period for which the permit is to be issued,
- the quantity of explosives to be carried and
- full description of the explosive.

It is possible to communicate with the Czech Mining Authority via e-mail, data box and in certain cases (including transit of explosives) also via the forms of the public portal AIS SBS.

For personal or postal communication with the Czech Mining Authority, it is necessary to have the relevant documentation in paper form, which is attached to the application.
In addition to the general requirements under the Administrative Procedure Code, the applicant shall state in the application:

- identification data of the supplier of explosives and his telephone number, or fax number or electronic address,

The Czech Mining Authority can be contacted by post made to its address, or by personal filing at the filing office or orally in the minutes. In certain cases (including transit of explosives), it is also possible to communicate via printed forms from the AIS SBS public portal.
