Main information about the service
The types of selected mining devices must be approved for use by the Czech Mining Authority before the first underground use. When issuing this permit, the Czech Mining Authority also determines which selected mining facilities are subject to regular tests.The Czech Mining Authority will determine the tests and submit the expert opinions required for the issuance of the permit; the tests will be ensured by the person applying for the permit.

How to get the service
What do you need when solving the service electronically
There are no forms. To process it, it is necessary to submit a scanned application (if it is sent by a data box) or to make an electronic version of the application with an electronic signature.
The application shall be accompanied by a scanned description of the type of device as well as a scanned description of the conditions under which the new type of device is to be used for the first time.

It is possible to communicate with the Czech Mining Authority via e-mail or data box.

An administrative fee of CZK 500 is paid for the issuance of a permit.
