Main information about the service
Acquisition of explosives for civilian use is only possible on the basis of a permission. The Czech Mining Authority decides on the issuance of a permission on the basis of an submitted application. Only the organization that will be the recipient of the explosive can be an applicant.

How to get the service
What do you need when solving the service electronically
For electronic communication with the Czech Mining Authority, it is necessary to have the relevant documentation scanned, which is attached to the application.
In addition to the general requirements under the Administrative Procedure Code, the applicant shall state in the application:
- telephone number, or fax number or e-mail address,
- identification data of the supplier of explosives according to the Administrative Procedure Code and his telephone number, or fax number or electronic address,
- identification data of the explosives carrier according to the Administrative Procedure Code and his telephone number, or fax number or electronic address,
- the method of transferring or acquiring explosives and the route of transport of explosives,
- the expected date of transfer or acquisition of explosives,
- the required period of validity of the permit,
- the quantity of explosives to be authorized,
- a full description of the explosive, consisting of the UN number, classification code, trade name or designation under Annex A of the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR), the name or business name and registered office of its manufacturer and whether the explosive is marked CE,
- purpose, place of use and place of storage of explosives.
Where and how to solve the service electronically
It is possible to communicate with the Czech Mining Authority via e-mail, data box and in certain cases (including acquisition of explosives) also via the forms of the public portal AIS SBS.

An administrative fee of CZK 500 is paid for the issuance of a permit.

The Czech Mining Authoritiy can be contacted by post made to its address or by personal filing at the filing office or orally in the minutes. In certain cases (including acquisition of explosives), it is also possible to communicate via printed forms from the AIS SBS public portal.
