What do you need when solving the service electronically
Application for a free-form import permit containing:
- the identification number and licence number of the supplier,
- the quantity and category of the reproductive material,
- the Czech and scientific name of the tree.
Where and how to solve the service electronically
Send the application to the Ministry of Agriculture via:
- email: podatelna@mze.cz, or
- data box (ID: yphaax8).
