Main information about the service
The Ministry of Industry and Trade (MIT) provides support on the basis of government-approved programmes on support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and in line with the relevant methodology for providing support from EU funds. In the 2014-2020 programme period we are implementing Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation for Competitiveness (OP EIC). We announce support in the form of calls, which are published on the websites of the MIT, the Business and Innovation Agency (API) as the intermediary body, and the BusinessINFO portal.

If you, as an entrepreneur meeting the definition of a micro-, small or medium-sized enterprise (SME), intend to apply for support from an operational programme financed by EU funds and implemented under the auspices of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

The benefit of the service is support for entrepreneurs, focused on increasing the innovation performance of enterprises, exploiting the results of industrial research and experimental development, and developing the business and competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises. It also supports activities leading to reducing the energy intensity of the business sector and aimed at increasing the proportion of energy from renewable sources, the development of distribution networks and the application of new energy technologies. Other areas supported include the expansion of high-speed internet access networks and the development of information and communication technologies.

Along with the calls, the time period for implementing a programme and the conditions and requirements for submitting an application are provided.
How to get the service
What do you need when solving the service electronically
To be registered in the End Recipient Information System – IS KP14+. This self-service application is designed for electronically submitting applications for support and project management throughout its life cycle, and is part of the MS2014+ unified monitoring system for the administration of European subsidies.
The details of each application may vary and are set out in the relevant calls (e.g. affidavits, transparent packages, permits, etc.).
On the IS KP 14+ and IS KP 21+ web pages you will also find support and information relating to logging into the system, submitting an application and ongoing project management.
Where and how to solve the service electronically
You apply for support electronically through the IS KP14+ application. You sign the application simply by using a qualified electronic signature. You do not need to install any programs on your computer, and you fill in the application directly in an internet browser window.
To access the IS KP14+ and IS KP 21+ portals you must register as a new user via the Registration button on the home page.
On the IS KP 14+ and IS KP 21+ web pages you will also find support and information relating to logging into the system, submitting an application and ongoing project management.
