Main information about the service
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides support from the state programme to support energy savings and the use of renewable and secondary energy sources – the EFEKT programme – based on the conditions set out in the Energy Management Act and related implementing regulations. The programme is implemented in the form of calls published on the Ministry website.

How to get the service
What do you need when solving the service electronically
To submit an application, fill in the form on the Unified Subsidy Portal (USP).
Before submitting an application, you need to register with the USP indicating the e-mail, password, telephone, name, surname and, if applicable, the name of the organization.
Attachments may vary from call to call and are always detailed in the calls on the Ministry website
Guidelines and information on the use of the Unified Subsidy Portal (USP) are published on the USP website in the basic information section.
The dates, deadlines, guidelines and methodical instructions for submitting applications are set out in the individual calls published on the Ministry website.

An application with the mandatory attachments and other documents depending on the call may be sent by data box to the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

To successfully use the service, it is always necessary to submit the application electronically to the Unified Subsidy Portal.
After the necessary registration of the subsidy application on the Unified Subsidy Portal, you can submit the application with the mandatory attachments and other required documents depending on the call in person or by post to the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
