Main information about the service
For the purposes of supervision, it is necessary to have scanned documentation that relates to mining activities or activities performed in a mining manner, or explosives handling or operation of an underground facility. These are in particular:
- plans for opening, preparation and mining of exclusive deposits
- plans for the use of non-reserved mineral deposits
- documentation of blasting works
- mining survey documentation
- geological documentation
- construction documentation of underground structures

What do you need when solving the service electronically
For the purposes of supervision, it is necessary to have scanned documentation that relates to mining activities or activities performed in a mining manner, or explosives handling or operation of an underground facility. These are in particular:
- plans for opening, preparation and mining of exclusive deposits
- plans for the use of non-reserved mineral deposits
- documentation of blasting works
- mining survey documentation
- geological documentation
- construction documentation of underground structures
Where and how to solve the service electronically
As part of the exercise of their supreme supervision, it is possible to communicate with the district mining authorities via e-mail, data box and, in specified cases, also via the forms of the AIS SBS public portal.

- geological documentation
- construction documentation of underground structures
Where to solve the service
Within the scope of their supreme supervision, the district mining authorities may be contacted by submissions made by post to the address of the registered office of the relevant district mining authority, or by personal submission to the filing office or orally in the minutes. In certain cases, it is also possible to communicate via printed forms from the AIS SBS public portal.
