If a mining organization that has been granted an authorization to mine an exclusive deposit by designating a mining area does not apply to the district mining authority for a mining activity permit within three years of the authorization, the district mining authority may decide to withdraw the authorization (mining area).

What do you need when solving the service electronically
In order to communicate with the district mining office, it is necessary to have in scanned form all documents that prove why the organization did not apply for a mining activity permit. Communication takes place via e-mail (with verified electronic signatures) or via data boxes.
