Žádost o povolení provozu zařízení pro nakládání s odpady

Facilities designated for waste handling may be operated by a legal entity or natural person engaged in business having its registered office or branch office on the territory of the Czech Republic. 

Facilities for the storage, collection, treatment, recovery or disposal of waste may only be operated on the basis of a facility (stationary/mobile) operating permit, issued by the Regional Authority.

The facility operating permit is issued for an indefinite period, with the exception of mobile facilities, for which the permit is issued for a definite period, to a maximum of 6 years.

The Regional Authority shall assign a facility designated for waste handling a facility identification number (ICZ) at the same time as it grants the facility operating permit or an integrated permit pursuant to the Act on Integrated Prevention or when operations commence in a facility that may be operated without a facility operating permit and small facilities, for the purposes of compliance with recording and reporting obligations.

On the basis of this permit, you will be assigned a facility identification number (ICZ) and you will be able to operate facility for the storage, collection, treatment, recovery or disposal of waste.

The particulars to be included in the application for a facility operating permit and the facility operating permit are defined in Annex 3 to the Act on Waste. 

The application is sent electronically to the relevant Regional Authority via a data box or a document with a recognized electronic signature.
